Retreat and Convention FAQs
The following guidelines and expectations are intended to create a Christian, peaceful, and spiritual atmosphere for the retreat and to help everyone benefit and enjoy this year’s retreat and/or convention. The following will be strictly enforced and anyone who does not respect these rules may be asked to leave.

Part Time Policy
Individuals are not permitted to attend the retreat on a part time basis.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
100% Full Refunds – For individuals who notify us of their cancellation on or before September 27th, 2024.
50% Refund – For individuals who notify us of their cancellation on September 28, 2024 or before October 11, 2024.
No Refunds after October 11, 2024.
Policy on Transferring Registration
For logistical reasons, we cannot permit attendees to switch their registration with other individuals.

All attendees must be between the ages of 22 and 35 or, if younger than 22, have graduated from college.

A private registration link for accommodations is provided to those who have registered. This link grants you access to the group rate at the Event Hotel of $179/nt. Most rooms in our room block are Double Queens or single King rooms. The room setups are subject to availability by the resort. Staying at the event hotel is highly encouraged but not required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children at retreat or registration. If babysitting is something that would encourage you to attend, please let us know so that we can take it into consideration for future events.

Registration includes access to the event and three meals. Friday Dinner and Saturday Lunch are your responsibility

Lack of funds should never be a reason for missing out on an opportunity for spiritual growth. We have several options varying from payment plans to subsidizing the retreat. If you feel you may need to take advantage of one of these options, please email us. We respect the privacy of anyone who contacts us regarding payment for retreat.

We do not arrange transportation for attendees. If you are flying in, we recommend renting a car. If you need transportation, you can email us and we will try to help you arrange transportation, but we cannot make any guarantees. Ultimate responsibility to arrange transportation rests with you. We highly recommend using the Facebook page to request rides from other attendees.
